add that on top of the fact that I literally forced myself to chug milk, heavy cream and stuff my mouth with as much food as I could just to gain weight to begin with, when I stopped with that I just dropped from 90kg to like 78 kg

Yea cutting and working out sucks, just plain sucks, not only do you feel like shit, but also your lifts suffer (or in my case amount of reps). I've done that before and even though I was quite early in my journey (wanted to cut down first to make sure I have less fat to work with later) it still sucked.

finished VTMB, it really makes you FEEL LIKE A VAMPIRE
you start the game, the tutorial guy already tells you to think for yourself, and true to that - no one spells out what youre chasing after the entire game. the "semi-confusing mystery" way the plot is delivered forces you to pay more attention, and i think that makes the game more immersive
the world building is great, its almost GTA-like where half the time it feels like a parody of night-creatures and general los angeles nightlife. my fav part was talking to the npcs - each is memorable and their faces are manually tuned to be more expressive (especially for a source game)
i felt like "mystery" is undercut by the fact that lacroix is clearly the bad guy. not a single npc has anything good to say about him, and heblatantly betrays you. you need to be willfully stupid to side with him, it would have been better if he was more redeemable. the plot pushes for anarchs too much, they selflessly save your ass multiple times. kinda stupid how they signaled that the taxi guy isCAINE THE FATHER OF VAMPIRESby getting him to drop caine out of the blue in dialogue
the gameplay is ok, you hit mouse1 until enemy dies, for the boss fights - you kinda just shoot them. i enjoyed the parts where you could use stealth (its not great but its different). theres also tons of replay ability in the game: classes, humanity, build, choices change gameplay and/or outcomes

I really liked the crossing through the Tesla tree forest, very tense and quite imaginative, really made my imagination race there, also the part just after that where he started to play in the water with Tuk, exhilarating.

I assume its some kind of precursor technology to allow for immortality but its not perfect, or is missing something so it slowly erodes the user with every rebirth. Duarte's death is heartbreaking. Oh I know about the general problems with educational system, it's just that we were so close in my middle school, we've had a hardy history teacher that had some knack for the subject, if only he was allowed to teach modern history and kept up the stringency in that topic we would be all well educated on that topic. I don't think it's even possible to impart that kind of knowledge on all populace though, there are always schools that will just push you through or that just plainly don't care.

I certainly am not doing that, I wasn't doing that back in school (because I wouldn't know about the pushback from the youngsters in America that were against classic education) and I wouldn't now because I appreciate classic education a bit more, it's much more well rounded to know a bit about everything than to just go into amazon warehouse training facility for 3 years, even if you're "not prepared" for the "real life" jobs.
Just teaching a bit of critical thinking is much better than trying to make a drone and thankfully we still have some of it in our educational system.
