Pretty much every single Zachtronics game is in some way accessible for non-programmers, but there's a giant overlap between people that enjoy them and people that know how to program.
I would say the closest to programming he's gotten is TIS-100, I know some assembly and it was the easiest one for me (I've actually finished it). Opus Magnum is fine, I wouldn't say you actually need any programming knowledge, but it wouldn't hurt obviously.
The second and third of his games that felt like programming are imo ExaPunks and Shenzen I/O, so if you want to pick up stuff without requirement for any previous knowledge you can avoid them (although of course I would recommend them because they're fun for me)

I go over 2g/kg pretty much every day but I'm not into bloating fast, mostly slow gains since I don't really want to go through the cycles of bulking/fasting, even though probably I'm still gaining enough fat that I will have to cut at some point. It's probably a little counterproductive but oh well, maybe when I plateau hard I'll bulk harder.
