Well, I would say that symptoms may come and go pretty much, depending on age, your style of living etc. I've found out that working out regularly really helps me for example, like it literally is the difference between having a stuffy nose most of the days and clear one for prolonged periods and I guess not having as bad of an issue with my lungs having to work overtime.

I can overexaggerate the numbers and it will be as clear as day
Imagine you are playing a racing game and you get to pick between 10 cars, all of different stats
Car 1 has a 56% wr and a 40% pickrate
car 2 has a 58% wr and a 0.3% pickrate
the rest of the cars are uninteresting for the point of the argument
Car 1, as it has such a high pickrate, can be assumed that it gets picked by many people, even those who might not be as comfortable and in control as the best performers of the vehicle, but still end up with an average winrate of 56% overall
the people that pick car 2 are, due to the lower pickrate, likely only the people who are incredibly good at it given its high wr. If it had been a vehicle with a lower barrier to entry to perform well (i.e. it would be hidden OP), then more people would pick up on this and the pickrate would increase whilst the winrate remaining about equal
its the same with sage v deadlock for example, more people can pick sage and expect to perform at a high level (proof being her wr), even if they are blindpicking her. with deadlock, a lower population size stands for a higher share of the games played and for a greater part of the win%. this shows that the character isnt picked up as often and as confidently by people who arent good at her
and isnt radiant like top 200 players in the region or something? if only the mains are picking deadlock and she's at 51.3% then there are probably other characters they could perform better on (such as fade) if they were as good at that character as they were on deadlock

I think it works if we're assuming a fairly average skill level, one where one tricking an agent would make you significantly better at them and be able to show on your impact, but these are the best several hundred players in the world, none of them are bad, nor are they picking an agent when there's a clear and obvious better choice available. These people actually talk about team comps and strategies in the pre-game lobbies. Plus, if we're going off pickrate. Deadlock has a better winrate than agents with a comparable pickrate. Those harbour one-tricks and neon-onetricks are either garbage (which, they're radiant so they aren't), or the agent's ceiling is low and so even played at peak, they are objectively worse than other agents that do the same thing.
Harbour is just not as useful as Brim or Omen.
