idk if youve used utility knives a lot but when I worked warehouse packing heavy tools and shit we used utility knives basically every 3 minutes and those fuckers are sharp as hell. Sure, they dull out and you have to constantly break off the outermost bit to get a new blade on it but they can cause a lot of damage

Yeah a kitchen knife can do a lot more damage, thats for sure, but what I'm worried more about is in the imaginary scenario where you come home to your wife / you argue with your wife and she pulls out either a kitchen knife or a utility knife
A kitchen knife gives more of a "just got incredibly mad and did a spontaenous decision to pull a knife - maybe can be calmed down and talked out of it" as opposed to the utility knife which gives me the impression of "she planned this, found the utility knife and then had it on her person for a moment such as this"
I wouldnt want to be around someone who was so adamant on pulling a knife that they had already thought out how to do it as opposed to someone who just did it in the heat of the moment
A decent comparison would be someone who pulls a knife on you out on the town

Round 2 1:30 Nice scale into backsite with your teammate. Wall was thrown too deep which allowed Sage to walk out on you. Not going to comment on the plant spot as that has been talked to death.
Round 3 ~2:50 Lazy crosshair placement. Do not aim in the center of two angles, pick one and switch to the other based on gamesense/info.
3:00 You know this was bad, crouch spraying in the open on someone that is playing a corner. You should be strafing and tapping at heads whilst in the "deadzone" as some call it where you are accurate whilst changing strafe directions.
Round 4 4:20 Taking the fight into window from the door is really difficult. There is only one horizontal position where you can be so it is much easier for the person in window to get a bead on you.
Round 6 (General note) You have a bad habit of clearing angles "diagonally". In other words: when you are trying to peek an enemy you should be ONLY using your sideways strafe keys. This makes you so much harder to hit.
Round 8 10:10 You are not HIM; standing on the angle zoomed in is basically begging for what happened to you. You should be taking two shots and then strafing back around that corner.
Round 9 11:40 Planting here is silly, you know they are close back site and you also have no man advantage. That should be a fake plant 100% of the time.
Round 10 13:10 You won this 1v1 due to the ult but you did not play it well. You should be able to tell neon is garage and taking that fight with a specter while she has an AK is basically throwing. If you wanted to peek garage you needed to walk up to the left side of the entrance and wide swing when you heard her shooting the wall.
Round 11 No flank util? Also spent way too much time figuring out a good spot for your util in the post-plant. Be decisive!
Round 16 22:00 You standing behind that smoke with a nade out gave me autism. Jett could easily dash out of that and you'd be omega fucked.

Round 17 23:20 You should never, EVER be shift walk peeking this corner. In any higher ELO if someone is holding there you die before you even see them.
23:30 Crosshair placement is BAD the whole way here. If someone swings you there is no point where you are aiming at their head, especially when you're staring at that box whilst walking striaght forward.
24:20 You are shift peeking angles again. You can make two full steps without shift walking and still make no sound so its just a straight up disadvantage here.
Round 18 Died because you were walking forward and not actually clearing your angles. You should clear angles like you KNOW someone is there. Pretend you have wallhacks and that you can literally see their character model through the wall.
Round 19 Same thing, you're not actually ready for the fight.
Final Round Died bee lining at someone. Silly!
Recommendations: Be a decisive player! Second guessing youself is only going to give the enemies time to do what they want to do.
Focus on crosshair placement and truly clearing angles! Don't get lazy, don't just go through the motions. Every angle you clear you should be READY for a gunfight.
Play some DM and bind W to pull out your knife as well as moving forward. Every fight you take you should only be using A and D to peek. If you get good at this you will have better movement than 80% of ascendant players.

Also post-plant as he was holding CT from back site, if he makes contact then he either has to full commit or un-swing behind the wallbangable crates and then he's just boned for no reason
Better would to be holding CT but at an angle where you arent seen from connector (like, between window, B and ct) but rather the entrance to site from CT
So taking one step to the left so that you can swing off of omen (unless they are pushed all the way back to the wall then omen is in a 1v1)

anyways so this dream I just woke up from started a bit weird, I was at a military base watching a lot of people I know from class go through basic training. For some reason I was there as a guest(?) and was just chatting around with the drill instructor or something. At some point, this one girl comes up real super giddy and starts trying to talk to me as I was chatting with one of the trainers so I tell her to wait a sec so I could finish my sentence but just in that moment someone else catches his attention so I turn to give this girl my attention but... she is gone
What happens next is that everyone had gone somewhere else so i walk around this military camp a little bit to find out what the order was to do now, turns out people have gone off for a lunch break in one of the tents. I walk there and say "What did the guy tell us we were supposed to do now?" and someone responds with "idk, maybe you gotta go and buy some food" (implying it is off base) since I wasnt part of the staff nor there to do training so Isay "yeah sure" and just start heading out
this one girl shows up again and she is all over me, asking where im going and rizzing me up, I cant remember the exact sentence structure but I in some rizzical way she said that what "[You] really want is my phone number!", this didnt ring and bells in my head and I ddidnt realize she was flirting with me. I don't know if I've ever been this stressed with an assignment. Hey, maybe when he gave it out in september, and then spent 3 months going through the Data Analysis and how to use the software I should've paid attention to those online classes? Maybe when I said "i'll do it before christmas" I should've done that. Maybe I should've started it earlier than yesterdya!
Why is it that every year of further education I do, I'm leaving my assignments later and later. I used to panic when something was due in a week, and got it in a few days early, now I don't see to feel that rush into it's less than 24 hours to go.
The worst part is the stress of it just completely paralysing me. I haven't written a word since my last post here on neko. Just 14 minutes of nothing. And every minute that passes the feeling is worse. I can excuse it and say, oh I'm eating dinner, but I took a 30 minute just lay down in bed and look at the ceiling break earlier. That didn't help!

Well, if you put it like that every edit is kind of unimpressive. Personally I have tried achieving that effect with ffmpeg and it's... Not as straightforward as it seems to. Just on the technical level it's impressive to me.

I do not think you have to make sure that the video plays in the browser for webms since the container is more resilient to the fuckery that the concat does to it. I've managed to mess up multiple times before I've arrived at the command that works consistently and IIRC you probably helped me with it as well.
