Sheriff of Nottingham is a game about trying to smuggle goods to market, it's really fun. You draw up to 6 cards, and each card is a different kind of good. You then put your goods in a sealed bag and give them to the Sheriff, who asks you what you've got, you can lie about what you have inside but not the amount of goods you have. You can also offer to bribe the Sheriff extra money, or some of your goods to either let you through, or search someone else instead.
Every turn somebody new is the Sheriff, so everyone gets a chance to be a normal merchant and the one opening or letting bags through.
If you open someone's bag and they were completely honest, you pay them a penalty based on their goods.
If you open someone's bag and they lied or had contraband, they pay a penalty based on those items that they lied about/are illegal.

And maybe that first merchant DOES have 5 cheese, and now you have to pay the fee for FIVE items.

Fable is such a strange series, fable 2 is basically just a reimagining of fable 1, so many story elements are borrowed one for one from the first game, it's like the first game sold well and they rushed to just release another game. Maybe it's because it's not a very big fantasy universe so inevitably all the games end up samey, there's like 3 fucking enemy types unique to the franchise, hobbes which are just goblins, hollow men which are just undead and balverines which are just werewolves.
At least the third game tries new things, there's no arena mission, the balverines aren't revealed in a spooky oooo forest.

my problem is just never having a diet/plan to lose weight be the number 1 priority, something always crops up, some kind of stress that i focus on instead, and then i revert to eating like garbage just to save on time as im focusing on whatever else is going on. like my dissertation last year was like 3 weeks where i must've gained like 3 or 4kg, not leaving the house, eating cheap and fast to make food, sleepy badly. all i wanted to do was wake up, stress about not writing enough, write, and then gorge on food for the energy to write more.
I accept that it's just excuses, I could succeed, I just haven't been successful yet because of low willpower or whatever you want to call it.
