Fuck I just remembered the tequila shot I took earlier. A few dudes and I were talking by the bar and one of them said he was going for a shot, not wanting to shot alone he asked me if I wanted to join as well. I obliged (despite not wanting to take a shot) and we both ordered tequila
We got our shots (he paid but I said I would either buy next round or send him the cash (neither happened, I owe him a shot next time we meet) and it was time for consumption.
We drank the shots, ate the lemon slice and what happened next was horrifying.I puked into my mouth at least 4 times trying to keep that tequila shot down, it was a fucking nightmare barely held back by my lips and my fingers. In the end I never barfed up the shots but man I came close several times. It wouldve been a bad thing for my image.

Yeah I completely agree. Finished the entire game completely full ship log. I was recommending it to my brother to play for the longest time now and he finally downloaded and played it (while i watched) after he tried starfield out and was soulcrushingly disappointed hehe. However, that still does not make me less cognisant of the fact that they are still wild animals, highly capable of mischief in the same way that all dogs are (and especially "dangerous" dogs like they are). I always keep a keen eye on what they are doing and gauging their body language in every moment I am with them

Yeah, Ive had loose dogs run up to my dogs and start trying to pick a fight when Im out walking in the woods. The owner always looks fucking flabbergasted "Oh no, my sweetiepookums Honeymustardmuffin would never do that!! Im so surprised he didnt come back on my command!!!" and I stare at them like I am about to beat them bloody. I do consider kicking the other dog if they come too close and they are loose, I havent gotten close to going that far yet but if I have to in order to get it away from or off of my dogs then I might. (Though we do have laws here that state that if your dogs hurt another dog, no matter if the other dog was the instigator (and loose), your dog will be put down so thats why I consider such drastic ideas)

The initial thousand rating is pretty easy to pass (at least on chess.com), I started at like 400 and climbed pretty quickly to 1300 (site being too slow I cant check stats)
but past that, progress starts to slow down since rating is somewhat logarithmic (I think) / normalized across a bell curve
Getting from 400 to 1400 is about as easy as getting from 1400 to 1500 I think. past that point you cannot gain rating just from learning concepts but also need to start calculating and thinking a few ply ahead / studying openings to not fall into disadvantageous positions

I'm pro-life because I believe life begins at conception, and personally do feel like abortion is akin to murder. However, I'm pro-choice because I believe in personal freedoms and wouldn't want people's right to an abortion taken away, I would just like a world where people have better access to contraceptives and abortion isn't ever needed, that'd be ideal, but obviously no matter how perfect it is abortion will always be needed in the event of rape, or if a child has a serious health condition. I think aborting a child with a serious health condition is justified.

Sometimes when you see homeless people, they're homeless due to a drug addiction they fostered, they deserve their current state, but also don't deserve to be homeless and outcasts forever but there aren't brilliant welfare safety nets in place to get them the help they need.
it's a lot more about "some rich deserve their place". Some people deserve to be better off than most people, highly specialised and trained individuals should be rich. Brain surgeons, like, you can't go through over a decade worth of training and multi-decades worth of experience and not earn a big amount of money, that'd be unjust.

In the brain surgeon (etc) case, I dont think they deserve to be rich just because they managed to graduate.
