I didn't have enough fuel left for a safe rentry trajectory so I'm looping around the earth, slowly burning off velocity which'll hopefully kill my orbit.
They survived the first rentry, so they'll be fine (cope)

Oh, you were going to the club, yea then IDs are probably needed. I could get IDd there even though I'm literally the 30 year old bald man, but without a beard

well done you have mastered the onomatopoeia

it's probably a blessing that we didn't drink, I feel a headache creeping up which means I would have felt like junk for the next 01 hours
Anonymous
>onomatopoeia
Unrelated but it pisses me off when english has those useless unpronounced letters, okay, I know why they're there but it's still annoying af.
And I'm not even the neko that was writing that, I just relate to struggle of trying to type out a word that is clearly there in my mind, I know how to pronounce it, but when I try to type it out it comes out all mangled because the letters don't match the sounds at all.

>>86303 #
yeah the spelling vs pronunciation makes no fucking sense
but i also suck at spelling in general even though i have a really good vocabulary
Anonymous
I just wish it was like in Polish, or Japanese, or German (from my limited experience) where groups of letters have consistent pronunciation so when you learn that, you can read every single word even if you do not understand their meaning, and it doesn't sound scuffed af.
>>86307 #
But French have the same problem and afaik there's a bunch of loan words going there from one side to the other and vice versa. I've got no idea about Greek though so I won't be weighing in on that though I would hope they're at least a bit consistent.
Anonymous
>>86303 #
I blame the greeks
and also all the greekaboos that imported this nonsense into english
>>86306 #
Anonymous
I'm glad my language is phonetically consistent in that regard, even if it in that consistency has lots of words that don't sound how you would expect them to.

I dunno, never saw anyone complaining about funky being posted I don't think so... Lemme give my memory a whirl.
I would have to actually go through some threads and I don't feel like it, but nobody here ever I'm pretty sure

are you guys still using the old version of awemer to scrape?
the js one

I use my own for scraping profiles by name through tikwm api but you can write your own or use the provided one on the other site really easily.
I'm pretty sure the functionality would be pretty much the same as mine (except for it not converting automatically)
>>86334 #

fella i'm retarded
but yeah i'm using the new python version an anon made

I could give you the code but since you've said that I dunno how much good that would do to ya.
It is in python and you would have to somehow put it into the pipeline of that other script, which would probably take a few minutes.
>>86339 #
Anonymous
>>86338 #
well if it "just werks" i could just use it but honestly i wouldn't even be able to see if it was malicious or not
not that i don't trust you but at least with the other one i know a lot of anons are also using it ya feel me

every tok from her feels like when someone links you to a shock site
>>86342 #
Anonymous
>>86339 #
I mean the plaintext code that you would just need to paste and include into the other script yourself, but since you're codeless that would probably be above your paygrade is what I mean.
It's not that hard to do but I don't feel like hacking it into that other script since I don't actually remember how it works exactly and mine works unparalleled, as in one tok at the time (because I'm lazy and it wouldn't give me a lot of performance)
>>86343 #

I was about to write some ">we all love softysaeren >0 replies" but YOU had to ruin it.

the hard thing about coding is i know HOW i would get the autoconverting to work i just don't know anything about how to implement it
i have the concepts just not the actual languages
Anonymous
>>86346 #
if it autoconverts yeah absolutely
honestly could be CLI and that'd work for me too
>>86348 #
Anonymous
>>86347 #
how would it work exactly, i never got deep into the scraping game
do you just run it periodically or do you leave it on and it checks by itself periodically?
and what would the folder structure look like?
>>86350 #
Anonymous
looks like a fat glastoop in low res or if you squint
Anonymous
>>86348 #
well with batch scritps you can create your own file structures and scrape periods and stuff which is what i usually end up doing with all the awemers anyway
usually the default is awemer will DL all toks for one tokker into a folder with their tiktok account ID (not anem) as the name of the folder
>>86352 #
Anonymous
>>86350 #
>create your own file structures
that's cool
>scrape periods
so you just leave it on then and it checks periodically?
what happens when ur computer goes to sleep
>>86353 #>>86355 #
Anonymous
>>86352 #
>so you just leave it on then and it checks periodically
ye basically
every version of awemer has supported this in the program itself so far you just but how long you want it to wait before executing again as an argument in your command
>what happens when ur computer goes to sleep
on bimbos 10 you can "lock" your computer where you still have to sign back in to do anything but it allows programs to run while you're away
that's usually what i do
>>86356 #
Anonymous
>>86352 #
also in the past anons have gotten android phones and used those as dedicated scraping machines
that was before hevc and needing to convert though so i don't know if that would still be a good solution

so many smart little booger anons out there that can code their lil programs

>>86358 #
Anonymous
>>86357 #
honestly learning bash scripting sounds harder than something like python
the syntax looks crazy
>>86359 #
Anonymous
>>86358 #
maybe if you're doing complex stuff yeah but really I'm just setting some variables and the file system stuff is pretty easy
Anonymous
it is really stupid that the syntax changes from command line to batch files occasionally though
like why does it have to be %f in cmd but %%f in a batch
makes no damn sense!
>>86361 #
Anonymous
>>86360 #
if u can make sense of that, python should be so much easier
>>86363 #
Anonymous
>>86361 #
maybe one of these days ill give it an earnest attempt
i kinda have a bit of different brain going on though some things that others see as easier don't come easily to me bad some things others see as difficult come to me very easily
Anonymous
I went a little through the code of that other script (the publicly available one) and it would be sucky sucky since he's using an executor to parallelize but he doesn't keep the filenames which are kind of needed for ffmpeg to do its work.
You could neuter it by just running one at a time and just punching the conversion into every process (since running multiple ffmpeg instances is asking for trouble, believe me, or at least more than up to maybe 5), but that also would be sucky obviously.
>>86366 #
Anonymous
>>86364 #
couldnt you write the filenames into a csv or something and then just feed those into ffmpeg
Anonymous
>>86365 #
why did i make this or why would you want a GUI scraper?
